We consider safeguarding your personal information our top priority. We fully understand that your personal information belongs to you, so we make every effort to securely store and carefully handle the information you share with us.

The privacy policy describes how TATTI collects and processes personal information when users register to use the company's services. By using TATTI's services, you completely agree to the contents of this Privacy Policy.

TATTI may amend the content of the policy by posting an amendment on the TATTI system, with the amended version becoming effective upon posting. Therefore, you should regularly check this policy by accessing the settings section—then going to the privacy policy. If users continue to use the service, it means that you have accepted and expressly agreed to comply with the latest updated terms of use.

This policy is effective from August 28, 2024.

1. What information do we collect and how? We collect your personal information such as name, email, phone number. When you update your profile in the account management page, you can provide the above information to save an account on TATTI . We track and store information about your interests and needs through your saved artists, tattoos, appointments you have participated in, as well as reviews you post, ... to improve customer care and research. Provide information, services and support as requested by Users. Resolve disputes and issues arising in connection with the use of TATTI. Prevent illegal or prohibited activities as stated in the Terms of Use below. We may access your photos on your phone if you agree to share and use them to post photos to review on the TATTI app. We use a variety of technologies to collect and store information, including cookies, pixel tags, local storage features such as browser web storage or app data caching, databases, and server logs.
2. Purposes for Collecting Information. We use your information to connect you with artists who match your needs and interests. We also use your information to improve our services — for example, the more you use a feature of ours, the more we learn about and develop it. We use information collected in existing services to help develop new ones. For example: When we see which actions are popular and chosen by many users, we will analyze and develop the application according to that trend to better serve users. We collect and store customer information to resolve requests and complaints if any. For example, with the "contact us" feature on the homepage, we will review the information that users report as problems and from there analyze and propose specific solutions. We can use existing information about you such as interests, activities to choose to display tattoo galleries, artist information that suits your needs. We also use your information to contact you when you have a request for support or a complain.

3. Who is your information shared with?

TATTI commits not to provide, sell, exchange, or commercially use your personal information. However, non-identifiable information of app users may be used and provided to others for marketing, advertising, or other purposes.

Other individuals or organizations may access TATTI user information in the following cases:

• Information that users have made public.
• Information that TATTI users have agreed to disclose.
• Third parties authorized or permitted by TATTI users have requested TATTI to provide personal information. Authorization or permission must be evidenced by notarized or authenticated written documents.
• Upon legal request or from a state agency or if TATTI believes that action is necessary to comply with legal requirements or in accordance with the law.
• To protect the rights, interests, property, or safety of others based on the balance of interests of all parties.
• For other third parties that TATTI has joint ventures, partnerships to provide services on TATTI. Or new services related to TATTI that users are using those linked services on TATTI software.
• TATTI is acquired or merged with another company. In this case, TATTI will notify you via email or through prominent notifications on the TATTI app before your information is transferred and becomes subject to another privacy policy.

In addition to the aforementioned cases but not limited to them, user personal information is always kept confidential from third parties unless TATTI fully believes that disclosure is necessary to prevent material or financial harm caused by factors indicating potential illegal activities.

4. Using Cookies

Cookies are small amounts of data sent to a user's browser from a website and stored on the hard drive of a computer. Cookies allow the website or service provider's system to recognize your browser and store certain information.

We use cookies to understand and store your activities and better cater to your needs for subsequent visits. If users choose to decline cookies, this may interfere with and affect some services and features dependent on cookies on TATTI.

5. Children's Privacy Rights

Our app does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years old. In the event that we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, we will immediately delete this information from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and know that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.

6. You can refuse to share or delete your information from TATTI

If you do not wish to share your information, you can refuse to register or log in to an account, as well as do not update your profile.

You can request to delete your account by sending a request to us anytime via email at tatti@gmail.com. We will immediately receive the request and proceed as per your request. All your information and account will be completely deleted from our app.
